Over the course of more than seven years, we started our project in regard to the world of Analysis (Chromatography and spectroscopy).

The beginning was with northern gateways the biggest Border in Iraq High Quality QC for inspection and food analysis Lab with 3 Ultimate 3000 HPLC System and

More than one system for all LC/MS & GC/MS and ICP/MS.

Recently, the project was expanded to include the remaining southern borders and central outlets and Airports with many devices of HPLC &LC/MS & GC/MS & ICP & FT-IR

NIR.

·       The professional role for HPLC in the field of food and Beverages

 

-        High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a key analytical technique widely used in QC laboratories for the analysis of food and beverages. It offers high precision, sensitivity, and specificity, making it ideal for ensuring product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Applications in Food and Beverage QC

Detection of contaminants: Identifies pesticides, mycotoxins, and food additives.

      •          Nutritional analysis: Quantifies vitamins (e.g., B-complex, C, E), sugars, amino acids, and preservatives.

      •          Flavor and color analysis: Determines synthetic and natural flavorings and colorants

 

The matter was not limited to food quality testing labs only, but extended

To include the world of industrial pharmaceutical labs as well.

This world that cannot be complete without HPLC in both section
